Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Perimon service, available at perimon.io and app.perimon.io. By creating an account, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Service Description

Perimon is a web monitoring service that tracks the uptime, response time, and SSL certificates of your websites. The service is provided "as is" within the limits of the subscribed plan.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• Fraudulent or abusive use may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Plans and Billing

• The Free plan is free and unlimited in time.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option chosen.
• Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.

6. Service Availability

Perimon endeavors to maintain maximum service availability. Occasional interruptions for maintenance may occur. Perimon shall not be liable for losses resulting from service unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Perimon to:

• Monitor sites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
• Generate artificial traffic or perform load testing via the service.
• Circumvent security measures.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Perimon service (code, design, brand) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
