Perimon is operated by its founder as an individual. For any questions about your personal data, hello@perimon.io.
2. Data We Collect
- Account — email address, first name, last name, hashed password.
- Monitoring — URLs of websites you submit for monitoring.
- Technical — IP address, user-agent, access logs (retention: 30 days).
- Payment — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Perimon stores no card data.
3. Purposes
- Providing and improving the monitoring service.
- Sending alerts and notifications for your monitored sites.
- Managing your account and subscription.
- Compliance with legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for service delivery, and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security and service improvement.
5. Retention
- Account data: duration of subscription + 3 years after termination.
- Monitoring data: rolling 12 months.
- Technical logs: 30 days.
6. Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with:
- Hetzner Cloud — server hosting (Germany, EU).
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to, and restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, hello@perimon.io.
